NHS 111 call volumes and performance by region

This dashboard analyses the total number of calls to NHS 111 in the reporting month and how they were handled by the service.  It shows the number of calls received, the number abandoned after at least 30 seconds and the number answered within 60 seconds.  The data also shows how calls were managed by totalling the number of calls triaged and the different outcomes of those calls.  Outcomes include call-backs offered and made to patients by the service, where patients were recommended to primary or community care; where no further service recommendation was made; or where an ambulance was dispatched or the patient was advised to attend A&E.
